Siska Pool SCA, elected member in 2006 (THE CANADIAN WATERCOLOR SOCIETY)
Siska Pool did her first artistic studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Groningen in the Netherlands. During a stay in Provence, she discovered the beauties of watercolor by attending Églantine Amy's workshops. Upon her return to Montreal, she continued her artistic studies by taking courses with watercolor painters.

Her compositions, where organic elements dominate, are a pretext for exploring shapes, light and color. To paint is to stop to take a fresh look at those around you.
